On Saturday, many Twitter accounts shared a 2-minute trailer video of the film, which sees Tom Cruise reprising his role as Ethan Hunt. There are still no reports about how the trailer got leaked but by Sunday most of these tweets sharing the trailer had the video disabled with a message reading “a report by the copyright owner.”
According to several media reports, the makers haven’t yet officially released the two-minute video clip online. The leaked footage allegedly showed Tom Cruise’s character holding onto a plane as it flies over a South African canyon. The first-ever horse chase in the franchise and more motorcycle action from Cruise was also reportedly part of the video clip.
‘Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One’ is the most-awaited seventh film in the super hit franchise, wherein Tom Cruise essays the role of a secret agent named Ethan Hunt. The film is expected to release on July 14, 2023. The action entertainer also features Hayley Atwell, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, and Vanessa Kirby in key roles.
Meanwhile, Tom Cruise is now gearing up for the release of his yet another highly anticipated film ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ next week.
